Wheres the Money

I keep purchasing chips and they keep "Disappearing" I purchased 23m just this morning - then quit. I just opened the game and found that my chips had somehow fallen to 236,000 from 23m. This is not the first time this has happened but unless someone does something about this it will be the last time I purchase chips.
