In the beginning I always won, but when I never bought chips I haven’t won in months. I never get winning hands since I never buy. It’s rigged that way. You will never convince me that this game is not rigged in favor of those who buy chips.

Used to play this game a ton back in the Facebook days. Went to log in to the app today to play for the first time in a while and no longer supports my Facebook log in so lost all the progress I had made including a bracelet and over a billion chips. Not going to spend money to rebuild my account from the ground ✌🏻

Bought new ipad. Over 10 million in chips did not transfer. Will not buy from this app again. You will lose your chips if you ever update. Other games transfer their chips when u update. Theft of money review is absolutely correct . This game is just a THEFT tool . The game provides no fun whatsoever . The algorithms are transparent . It is normal to lose 150 hands in a row . Almost entirely bots . You will rarely play with other humans . They just coded in thousands and thousands of bots and put you at what appears to be a table with other real people but it is an illusion . You will be the only human at what is not really a table but just a construct repeated millions of times . Thieves are allowed to operate with no restriction on the Apple store as long as they give money to the communists in Silicon Valley . Luckily I have only bought $5 worth . I’ve been observing for several years now and I assure you this game is so rigged it is definitely ILLEGAL in The United States but DOJ doesn’t care and TRUMP just has much more important THIEVES to take down . Each time you open the site a different nations flag appears. As a American I resent any other countries flag be shown as my country. I have contacted the site and was told there is nothing they can do. They do not control what countries flag is shown in your profile. Come on folks. They don’t have control? As I am only one person it make much difference,but I will be deleting the app. If you are proud of your country you can do the same. Certainly don’t spend your money at this site.

I purchased a new phone same phone number and my credits didn’t transfer I contacted them 3 times. I play this game quite a bit. All I get is someone will contact me and nothing

Was working until today when it showed a message saying DISCONNECTED. Went back all throughout the day to check and as of late this evening it still won’t connect. Can’t play a dead app. Guess I’ll download a different app that works. One star rating for now.

I have an account but it will not let me connect to fb. I will play another app

Used to be a decent game, but around 4 months ago the tournaments stopped, and someone changed the algorithms and rigged the games with bots. Why? Probably to try and get people to buy chips instead of being able to earn them freely in the tournaments and challenges. Example: Holding King Ten, flop is Ace Ace King… I go all in, called by what I’m assuming is a bot, who shows a 4 / 7 …. Easy win right? Nope. Turn and river are 4 & 4 giving him a full house. Who calls an all in with 4 / 7 off suit against 2 Aces and a King showing ?? That’s the ridiculousness this game has turned into. And if you check everyone’s chips, they all show massive loses…. Which begs the question: where are all the chips going if everyone is down…. Someone should be winning right? Nope!! The game is rigged play somewhere else and save yourself the frustration Just read the developers response… wow, it’s almost verbatim the response they’ve sent to other disgruntled players. And how self serving that they say “hey, we know the game isn’t as good as it used to be, play our other game instead”. Well, because that other game is annoying and geared to people with attention deficit disorders. No worries… deleting your app and deleting your suggested annoying substitution.

What happened to the games? You could play for bonus chips. Haven’t seen any in a long time.

You are sucked in by easy wins. You progress rapidly; then;wait! You are not spending enough. What happens now is you see a majority of your decent hands being edged out. Even if you have two pair, say kings over nines; your opponent has a king and eight while you have king seven. You have a full house; they have four of a kind or if you have nines over queens; they have queens over nines. You have a pair of aces in the hole they go all in. Flop over 3 and six. Guess what; they end up with a full house. So if you are entertained by escalation of absurd coincidences; this is the game for you.

Haven’t been able to connect thru Facebook for over a month. Error message: “App is currently unavailable. Developer is aware of this issue. You’ll be able to connect once the app becomes available.” Really? For over a month? Can’t connect with Facebook, don’t receive bonuses, unable to make purchases. Site has become nothing more than a sham and a ripoff. UPDATE: Murka no longer supports this app and will NOT refund any purchases, nor will they transfer your purchases, winnings, or chip balances to their new app. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! UPDATE #2: Now Murka is telling me that transferring chips is not currently possible. However, as everyone that has played any online game at all already knows, they don’t HAVE to transfer them, they can easily, and simply, just gift them. But Murka refuses to do so. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK SINCE THEY’RE POISED TO SHUT DOWN THIS APP AND POSSIBLY THEIR NEW APP ALSO! UPDATE #3: Now Murka is saying they won’t shut down their apps without notice, but they didn’t say anything about not supporting their new app just like they’re not supporting their old one; basically the same thing as shutting it down. They’re just turning their backs on their loyal players that have supported THEM for almost a DECADE! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! UPDATE #4: And now Murka tells me they can’t transfer chips from the old app to the new app, but they CAN transfer the chips to a new ACCOUNT in the old one. All I have to do is set up a new account, and do this and do that and blah, blah, blah. What good would that do? The app is STILL broken, and they STILL don’t support it any more. What a runaround! And, of course, as THEY well know, and as everyone that plays internet games well knows, they CAN gift chips to players whenever they want to; they just STILL refuse to do so. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! UPDATE #5: Still telling me to set up a new account in TX Poker and they can transfer my balance to the new account. However, according to them, the NEW account would STILL have the same issues as the old one! So why would I ever want to do that? STILL refusing to gift my balance to the new app. If you’re thinking about buying chips on ANY Murka app, BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! UPDATE #6: Murka is STILL trying to tell me that chip transfers are only possible WITHIN the TX Poker app, even though EVERYONE knows chips can ALWAYS be “gifted”. In addition, they are allowing a huge number of players to use their Facebook profile picture as their avatar, but not others. Blatant discrimination must ALWAYS be addressed! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK! UPDATE #7: STILL the same double-talk runaround. STILL refuses to gift chips to the new app. STILL turning their backs on loyal players that have supported THEM for almost a DECADE! Obviously only a matter of time before they do the same thing with the new app. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I have contacted Customer Service on multiple occasions to report the game is not awarding bonuses earned. I received automated responses saying someone will contact me. The tickets were then closed. No one got back to me and the problem still is not resolved. I’ve been playing this game for years because they give generous bonuses to give you incentives. Now, I’m so frustrated, I’m ready to dump this app.

Been playing for years but had taken a break when I try to sign into my old account with all my chips it’s says ERROR App not available right now and has said this for a month now. I’ve lost hope in retrieving my account and all my chips that took years to accumulate.

NEW: 8/15/23 on a table with a player (Suzanne) at the same level as me - 411. Clicked the profile, she’s also from Thailand. Amazingly, she’s got the same chip amount - over 264 billion - not just close, but EXACT! Scroll down to best hand - BINGO - quad 6’s with a Queen kicker. Exactly the same as me! It’s free chips, but it makes it look like you’re manipulating the game(s).

The new gameplay will ruin this app. Everyone is letting there their timer go the entire distance before betting, calling, or folding. If this is the way you want to play, fine. But don’t do it in fast mode. These illiterates hit the faster mode and play their boring game of round the timer. They should be kicked out. Soon I will be looking for another poker game. I have been here since 2017. It is unfortunate that I will not be here much longer. Clean it up or I am gone

Can’t get into game. Keeps saying can’t connect to internet. No problem with other games. Is this a developer issue?????

The game forces you to download this latest update and then brings you to the App Store where there is no download function button. But, of course, it won’t let you play unless you download the latest version. So, I tried deleting the app from my iPad and downloading the latest version, but once I did that, it wouldn’t connect to the internet...yet another circular firing squad. Someone at the company should suggest beta testing these updates before sending out “fixes” to perfectly fine working software. Before you ask, everything was tried multiple times in addition to restarting my iPad numerous times. Update: for the past week I have noted that the tables are filled with avatars of players who aren’t actually playing. They are not exactly bots as they make no bets and can only fold if one raises beyond the initial blinds. Apparently, scammers have learned that real players will eventually eliminate each other and one or both of the non-existent players seats will win or come in second without having to play a single hand. This completely ruins the game. The developers need to make it so that if a seat times out twice in a row, the scammers are kicked off the table. Otherwise this game is doomed.

Same hands have been dealt now for at least three weeks I’m playing the same games now over and over A BIG shuffling needs to happen I don’t want to delete and go to another game I really have enjoyed this app but am getting frustrated

After playing this game for over five years logged on today and all my money is gone that l had cumulated over years of playing. Don’t know why.

I bought over billion in chips from you bums today and every hand I played got beat by someone playing a 8, 2 or 9, 4 . If I had straight they hit flush more times than possible in real poker game. You are bunch ripoff artists. If you think I would ever buy a coin from you republicans again, not if you all were striving: I play a lot in 2 other sites both have much better fair play. Once my chips are gone so am I. 13 of my poker buddies are leaving with me because they feel same as I do. GET REAL PUNKS!!!

The game no matter where I am keeps folding my hands and kicking me out of the room. It says its a connection but its not. Its stuck folding and Ive lost about 10B not knowing it would still do it after a restart. I offloaded the app and will try again. Less money now that it has taking a great part of the wealth I played hours for.

After happily playing this game for several years the game suddenly stopped working. The game loaded ok, then said it could not connect to the internet. None of my other games have this problem.

Love the site but too many glitches. I’m trying to call a bet and my hand gets folded. Too often this has happened. Too many freezes. I play 4 other sites and these things don’t happen.

Really wanted to like this app as the format is good. Unfortunately it is like all the rest . Let’s you win big at first but then later on you can’t win a hand! Was beat on the same table with same players 3 times with 4 of a kind, seriously what are the odds lol. Just another poker app wanting your money to buy chips. What a shame!

My games is frozen!!! It shows no money, and my status is gone!!!! WTH?!? I have U.N.-installed the entire APP!!!! And re-installed it!!!! Same result! Is this a glitch/bug that needs to be fixed? Is anyone else having the same issue? Curious!

This game is a scam. It’s rigged for the highest bidders to win because the reason most have millions of chips is because they buy them. Skill has nothing to do with it. I can have the highest hand and lose to the highest bidder or get just what I paid. in. This is a joke and a waste of my time.

In have asked several times if cards are dealt continuously or shuffled each hand and whether the dealt cards are certified like other poker sites. I guess I was asking tough questions they did not want to answer with no response. I realize I cannot win all the time but my losing streak extended 4 months with little to no wins to date. I guess you can say My luck ran out and the odds caught up to me? The site freezes periodically. I have recommended several times to to upgrade the app to censor players foul language and comments and again no response from support. On a positive note, sometimes I get lucky and get a table with civil and respectful players who just want to have fun. Fortunately my winnings and remaining points were accumulated from frequent bonuses without any investment. In reading the other reviews I struggle with the reality on how hands are won. It difficult to understand when you lose with a king full to an ace full house and how the last card on the river turns losing hands into winning ones. However, coincidence you would think but these type of wins happen frequently to make one wonder. If you have any reservations as to what I am saying, tune into poker tour sites and judge for yourself and you will se a much different result and play. To Oijnbh, you know what a pity is: how you blocked me from sending you support emails from this app for months now. It’s a pity you have the same response to all negative comments , it’s a pity that you refuse to let players know whether your deal is continuous. I could go on and on but I I been slowing losing my chips with much help from your app and I will be happy to delete your app.
